My Historic one-bedroom

I knew I wanted to live in Capitol Hill when I moved to Denver, but I lost out on about five “perfect” rentals during my hunt. When I came across this one-bedroom unit, in a restored 1928 Spanish-inspired building, I knew this had to be mine. I told the property manager to send me the lease before I even saw the place in person!
My advice for creating a home you love? Patience. It’s tempting to want to buy everything at once and end up with a perfectly curated home. However, if you take your time and gather pieces along the way, finding inspiration organically, your home will become more than just a place where you keep your stuff.
